Shipping & Delivery
We do our utmost to ensure you get your package in a timely manner so you can start enjoying our great products asap. To that end we are committed to sending your order the same day if ordered before 2pm and the very next day if ordered after. Our aim is to ensure that all customers have their package within 5 working days (conditions apply).

Returns & Replacements
At Phoenix iCIG we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your device is not working correctly or damaged we will provide a replacement (with proof of purchase) at our retail outlets or returned to us within 30 days. Please note we will not refund fully functioning products that are not in saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
